Donna, after 26 years at Redstone, is waiting for the “GOLDEN WATCH”. As part of the Redstone family, Donna’s primary focus has been in finance. You’ll often find her taking part in event planning and fund raising. Days off are spent working out, skiing, hiking and long walks just about everywhere in Vermont. She especially enjoys her many hiking trips to other countries. In the evenings you’ll find her sipping on a glass of wine at home with her family and friends.
Matt is a Vermont native and has over 10 years of property management and maintenance experience. He grew up helping his family manage their rental property doing everything from changing lightbulbs and plumbing toilets to collecting rents and managing tenants. He also spent 3 years in Missoula Montana working as a residential property manager and assistant commercial property manager. On the weekends Matt spends most of his time with his family hiking, traveling or snowboarding. He is also an active member of the Burlington Men’s Rugby Club.
Originally hailing from Farmington, Maine, Kim majored in Communications and Political Science at Assumption College. After travelling a path in hospitality for perhaps too long, Kim shifted her career to property management. She has lived and worked in several cities across the country and brings wide knowledge from various housing markets to her role as Director of Asset Management at Redstone. Kim enjoys running and biking to work; and is happiest when enjoying Lake Champlain’s sparkling shores with her family and pets.
Paula, who is a South Burlington, Vermont native, has 40 years of work experience in a wide variety of business operations. Her strong work ethic and common-sense approach allowed her to flourish and participate in all facets of business operations and management. Initially Paula specialized in process engineering, quality control, product estimation and cost accounting and later graduated into general business operations and management. Paula enjoys event planning, group activities, an evening stroll on the Colchester bike path with her Chihuahua Minnie, and more importantly spoiling her husband, children and grand babies.
Tim is a Toledo Ohio native who as a youngster spent most weekends at his Grandparents farm in the northwestern part of the state working on the family Christmas tree farm! Feeling a need to see a different part of the country he moved to Massachusetts in 1975 where he met his wife Paula! He followed her to Vermont where they married and raised two great sons! He came to Redstone in 2007 to work as a maintenance technician which has been his favorite work experience! Spare time is spent with family, on a golf course, boating and skiing in this beautiful state we call home!
Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Joe and his wife, a Vermont native, moved to the Green Mountain State in 2016. Prior to joining Redstone, Joe plied his trade in cities such as Philadelphia, San Diego, and New York City. Throughout his career he has cultivated experience in deal underwriting and financial analysis, market research, business development, investor relations, and asset and project management. Outside of work, Joe spends most of his time hanging with his bulldog Gimli, playing with his daughter Evie, and asking his wife Hannah where he left his phone. On select weekends he can be found lamenting the fortunes of the New York Giants and Arsenal Football Club (Go Gunners!) or promising himself that he’ll finally learn how to play guitar…starting tomorrow.
Bill was raised on a dairy farm and worked for many years. Then worked in construction building sites as a site Forman and maintaining equipment to keep thing on schedule. Then started working for Redstone in 2007 with all aspect of maintenance for the buildings to keep them running smoothly. In his free time likes to walk in the woods and tend to his flower beds as well as working with wood, metal in various projects big or small alike. He is an experienced dive master in scuba diving, and pilot, with an ultra light aircraft.
Andrew is a Vermont native and recent graduate of Champlain College. Growing up in southern Vermont and around the real estate industry; Andrew received a degree in Accounting but has interest in development and construction. Andrew puts his attention to detail, problem solving, and organization skills to work each day as a property manager. When Andrew is not in the office or on showings he is spending his time outdoors, exploring new places or on the ice playing hockey.
Daniel joined Redstone as a project manager after ten years as a practicing architect in New York City, Colorado and Vermont. He is a board member of the Vermont Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and a board member of the local preservation association, Preservation Burlington. Born and raised in Montreal, Daniel did all of his schooling in Canada. He moved to Vermont with his wife and two boys to be perfectly situated between his family in Montreal, hers outside New York City and their camp in the Adirondack Mountains. They live in the south end of Burlington and can be found at the rink or the baseball diamond in the park at the end of their street most evenings after work.
Erik is originally from the greater Chicagoland area and has lived in Burlington most of the time since 2002. He has spent his career in the real estate field with experience as a developer, property manager, broker, and chief toilet fixer. Erik has been involved in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. In his spare time, you can usually find Erik somewhere in the Old North End of Burlington where he lives with his family. At least 2 nights per week, he can be spotted belly up to the bar with his son at his wife’s restaurant, Butch + Babe’s. Outside of Burlington, Erik and his family love to travel to a blend of hyper urban and intensely rural locations.
Hillary is from the boonies of central Vermont, but decided to leave the fields behind and move to South Burlington. Her love for real estate, customer service, and marketing lead her to the world of Property Management. Her dedication and focus come into play every day as she works towards completing multiple tasks simultaneously. When she’s not helping others find their perfect apartment she enjoys exploring the local breweries, live music, and swimming.
Beth brings close to 20 years of experience working with and supporting college students to her position at Redstone. She’s held various roles on college campuses in enrollment management and student affairs, but got her professional start in the film/tv industry where her work on MTVs first animated hip-hop series cemented her love of 90s rap music. A proud native Hoosier who roots for the Irish and thinks March Madness is the most wonderful time of the year, after 20+ years in NYC Beth relocated to Burlington in 2016 with her husband and their Weimaraner Nico.
Preston, who is a native Vermonter, has over 8 years of experience in the maintenance field. Prior to working for Redstone, Preston worked for another property management company as well as working as a civilian at the Vermont Air National Guard in the civil engineering wing during one of their large deployments. During his time at Redstone, Preston has learned many new tricks of the trade and has excelled in the arts of the septic flush. Preston lives in Williston with his wife Hilary, cat Oreo and puppy Skye who they rescued from Alabama through Vermont Dog Rescue. Outside of work, Preston enjoys being outdoors whether it’s hiking with his wife and puppy, doing work in the yard or snowboarding during the long winter months.
Glenn has worked more than 20 years in finance and operations across the banking, insurance and real estate industries. He is a licensed CPA. His work experience includes oversight of accounting and finance functions, strategic planning, raising capital, investor relations, risk management, back-office operations and human resources in the private and non-profit sectors. A recovering New Yorker, Glenn and his family have called Vermont home since 2006. While a bean counter during the week, weekends for Glenn can mean skiing or watching a baseball game. A good IPA and vacations to Europe are fun too.
Thom joined the Redstone team as Controller in 2016 and brings extensive financial and operational experience to the company. Thom comes to work every day with the goal of pushing the potential of place. Away from the office Thom runs 26.2 miles for fun; he also likes music, good food/drink, and enjoying Vermont’s four seasons with his loving wife, daughter, and two dogs.
A recent transplant, Kelly came to Vermont to escape the harsh Wyoming winters and to continue her pursuit of all things maple. She brings over 20 years of experience in development and hospitality to her role as Commercial Property Manager. Her hands-on approach ensures all aspects of the commercial portfolio stay fluid. A former collegiate tennis player, Kelly still enjoys being on the court, in the mountains, or on the lake but can most often be found with her dog cheering for her two teenagers on the soccer sideline.
Jackie grew up in Essex Jct., VT with childhood summers on Lake Champlain in Grand Isle. While in college at UVM, Jackie studied abroad in Valencia and Barcelona where she immersed herself in the rich and vibrant culture of Spain. Jackie finds herself motivated by her desire to provide a positive customer experience and enjoys that in her current role no two days are ever the same. In her free time, Jackie enjoys cozying up to a good book, staying active at the YMCA and trying new foods with her boyfriend.
Sophie is a Vermont native who has held a variety of roles in many different places, preparing her well for the multifaceted role of Administrative Assistant with the Redstone Student Housing team. Her liberal arts background has led to a winding career path from guiding outdoor camps in Hawaii to teaching at a nonprofit independent school to working with Redstone. She even found time to travel on a three month road trip to visit about 30 of U.S.A’s National Parks sites. Whether it is work or leisure time, Sophie’s experiences have shaped her into a responsible, resourceful, and organized hard worker.
Tucker joined the Redstone team in June 2018 as Special Projects Manager. With a background in commercial real estate and a desire to have a positive impact on the community, Tucker works hard to ensure that Redstone’s properties operate like a well-oiled machine. Bringing a blend of organizational and interpersonal skills to every project, he enjoys managing complex projects and finding the right solutions. A native Coloradoan and constant seeker of new adventures, Tucker can be found on the weekends exploring the woods, mountains, and rivers in Vermont and beyond with his rescue dog, Hank, and lovely fiancé, Sarah.
Put on skis at age two, Abigail is a proud lifelong Vermonter. Easily bribed with tacos, she enjoys puns and hashtags. Abigail put her degrees in psychology and teaching to use in hospitality, but after daydreaming about what would have happened if Dorothy had taken the red brick road (instead of the more infamous yellow,) she broke free from the Front Desk and followed it appropriately to Redstone, where she works as the Winooski residential Property Manager and has found her #happyplace.
