Redstone actively manages over 1,500,000 square feet of residential, office, retail and industrial property in Chittenden, Addison, Franklin and Orange Counties in Vermont and Cumberland County in Maine with over 240 commercial tenants and over 1,200 residential tenants. Riverhouse & Riverrun

Located along the Winooski River, Redstone manages the two-building, 128-unit luxury apartment complex known as Riverhouse and Riverrun.  Our property management professionals are on site daily to attend to building maintenance and ensure that residents are able to fully enjoy all that these buildings have to offer, including access to the nearby Winooski River Walk, use of amenities like outdoor seating and barbeque, and sweeping views of the Winooski River.

Stone Store

Set overlooking Lake Champlain on the west end of downtown Burlington, this historic building contains office and retail space.  Our team performs daily property walkthroughs, manages complex capital improvement projects and ensures that the owner and building tenants can successfully run their businesses without worrying about the day-to-day building operations.

Shelburne Commons

This unique complex of commercial buildings set around a common green space includes retail, office, educational, and restaurant uses. In recent years, our team has been working on upgrades to site lighting, walkways, and HVAC systems.

Winooski Block

This iconic 1867 historic landmark sits prominently at the top of the Winooski traffic circle on the site of Ira Allen’s former homestead. With an eclectic mix of ground floor retail and upper story residential tenants, this property requires special attention from a management perspective to ensure a harmonious environment. Our team is actively engaged in a coordinated effort to upgrade all building systems and position this property to remain prominent in downtown Winooski for another 150 years.
