Community Involvement
Redstone is actively involved in the community. Redstone encourages employees to get involved in the local community (even during company time), and many are serving on Boards, organizing charity events, mentoring, and more. Redstone’s commitment to the community and foresight to build relationships across all sectors has become a part of our company’s mission and philosophy.
Redstone proudly supports the Boys & Girls Club, building a strong partnership that plays an important role in our community’s success. Each day, the organization works to create great futures for youth by providing a safe, welcoming space, fostering character development, and supporting academic achievement.
Over the years, we have partnered with Outright for a variety of events. This is a non-profit organization focused on supporting, empowering, and advocating for LGBTQ+ Youth across Vermont.
Redstone works with the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS), Vermont’s largest nonprofit provider of emergency shelter, supportive services, and long-term subsidized housing for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In addition to serving as property managers for their housing portfolio, we also participate in community initiatives such as the annual COTS Walk—an event that raises critical funds and increases awareness around homelessness in Burlington and across Vermont.
