Our residents appreciate the convenience of living on campus and our proximity to central campus, campus transportation resources, and the Gutterson Fieldhouse and Campus Recreation Facilities.  Our on-site property management and maintenance teams are here to support students, while assisting them in making the transition to living independently.

The Lofts feature fully furnished apartments with modern furniture and appliances.  High speed wired and wireless internet is offered free of charge, and washer and dryers are provided in most units. The heart of the Lofts is the Lantern, featuring a fully-equipped, spacious entertainment area with a cozy fireplace and game tables surrounded by ample study space, a state-of-the-art media room, and a 24-hour fitness center.

Supporting Residents 24/7

Extended office hours evenings and weekends, 24 hour on call service for maintenance emergencies, and mobile app technology for building communications are just some of the ways we provide support to our residents.  Our professional property management and maintenance teams, alongside our student staff members, are here to and happy to help!

Community Connections

At Redstone we think meaningful connections to our campus and local community is important.  We’re excited to be one of the first locations for Burlington’s Greenride’s bike share program.  We’re also proud to have supported student groups like UVM Rallython, UVM Feel Good, AERO, and ASME and to serve as the exclusive sponsor of ‘The Den’ student section at Virtue Field, Patrick Gymnasium, and the Gutterson Fieldhouse.
