Doug Nedde has been active in commercial
real estate for almost twenty years. After
graduating from the University of Vermont
(UVM), he worked for The Davis Company,
a real estate development company in Burlington,
VT. In 1992, Doug and his partner Larry
Williams formed The Davis Company Commercial
Corp., and in 1994 they changed the company’s
name to Redstone Commercial Group. Doug
is an area expert in brokerage, development,
and investment opportunities, assisting
investors, corporate leaders, and property
owners with significant real estate transactions.
He is a member of the Chittenden Commercial
Real Estate Association. His passion for
supporting community is evident in his
volunteerism with a broad range of organizations,
including serving on the Board of Directors
for the ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain
and the Bolton Valley Resort. He is also
involved with fundraising for the United
Way of Chittenden County, the Humane Society of Chittenden County, and for the Victory Club, which
benefits UVM Athletics. Doug is working
on earning his pilot’s license.
He resides in Colchester with his wife
Heidi and their two sons.

Larry Williams has been active in commercial
real estate since he graduated from the
University of Vermont in 1982 with a degree
in civil engineering. Larry first worked
for The Davis Company, a real estate development
company specializing in the rehabilitation
of historic buildings. In 1992, he formed
a partnership with Doug Nedde and purchased
The Davis Company Commercial Corp. They
later changed the company's name to Redstone
Commercial Group. As the company has grown,
Larry has focused his efforts on development
opportunities, involving both new construction
and the redevelopment of historic buildings.
Larry also devotes time to community organizations
and initiatives. He is a long-time supporter
and past Campaign Chair of the Chittenden
County United Way. He is currently the
Vice President of the founding Board of
Directors of Mobius, the Mentoring Movement.
He recently began his first term on the
board of the UVM Alumni Association. Larry
resides in South Burlington with his wife
Leslie and their children.

Linda I. Letourneau joined Redstone in 1998 and is in her 10th year of service with the company. When she initially joined Redstone, she brought with her a background in marketing, real estate development, and construction. With her internal engine set on "go", she has become an experienced, active commercial broker, providing service to clients in Vermont, whose needs include office, medical, industrial and retail property. In addition to commercial sales and leasing, Linda represents a number of clients with residential properties. Linda’s colleagues and customers admire her passion for real estate, her efficiency, attention to details, extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, and her energy in networking relationships that facilitate transactions. Linda is a graduate of Champlain College and she devotes a significant amount of time to support the business and non-profit community in Chittenden County. She is a member of the Vermont Leads Group www.vermontleadsgroup.com, the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors, the Vermont Commercial Investment Board of Realtors, and she is Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association. Duncan Harris joined Redstone in February of 2003. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Vermont. His real estate experience began in Boston, MA at Berkeley Investments, a full service real estate investment company. Duncan has taken his investor knowledge and skill set he learned in Boston and applies it to the brokerage community and his clients in Vermont. Duncan feels his experience as an investor plays a crucial role in his ability to represent the fiduciary interests of his clients. He is a member of the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors. Duncan enjoys boating, golfing and skiing. He and his wife, Ali, and their daughter Hadley, live in Ferrisburg where Duncan serves the community as a member of the Ferrisburg Volunteer Fire Department.

Peter Yee joined Redstone in the fall of 2006 as a sales & leasing agent for the brokerage division. Peter’s previous 5 years of sales experience in the Greater Burlington automobile industry, combined with his 4 years of financial advising are valuable skills for developing strong customer relationships and broadening his network in the Vermont commercial real estate market. Peter is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii and attended the renowned Punahou School and remains an active member of their alumni association. He is also a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Economics. He is a member of the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors and a Board member of South Burlington Youth Baseball. Peter resides in South Burlington with his wife and children and is an avid golfer. |

David Jacobs joined Redstone in the spring of 2007 as a sales & leasing agent for the brokerage division following an impressive corporate career in management and systems engineering that started with IBM in Essex Junction, VT. A licensed Vermont broker since 1985, this transition into the commercial sector promotes a long term interest in real estate investment. David is a Vermont native who grew up in the greater Burlington area and has degrees in Business Administration from Champlain College and Trinity College. He is a member of the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors and the Chittenden County Commercial Real Estate Association. David lives with his wife Ann in North Hero and is active in local and regional planning as a representative to the Northwest Vermont Solid Waste District, and is a member of the North Hero Planning Commission. |

Bruce joined Redstone in January 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in finance, management, and computers, he brings a diverse knowledge of business practices to Redstone. With a B.S. degree in Finance and a M.S. in Management, Bruce has combined his education and experience to help businesses streamline their procedures and increase efficiencies. As CFO, Bruce is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting of the various Redstone companies. When not at Redstone, Bruce enjoys being outdoors skiing, canoeing, and working around the house. He resides in Underhill with his wife Kelly and has two sons attending college in Burlington. |

Donna Aldrich joined Redstone from day one in 1992 with co-owners Doug Nedde and Larry Williams. She
initially joined the company as Office/Property Manager, having significant experience in commercial

with another local general contractor. Donna is presently responsible for the day-to-day
accounts receivable and accounts payable
for over twenty commercial companies Redstone
manages throughout Chittenden, Addison and Franklin Counties. Donna is
a native of the Burlington area and her
loyalty, diligence and knowledge are of great

Heidi Tappan joined Redstone as Development Sales & Marketing Manager in June 2005. For each residential development project, she coordinates the creation of a brand identity, involving the use of web and print media to launch each project’s marketing strategies. Additionally, Heidi is responsible for all aspects of residential sales on several new ventures. Heidi is currently working on the marketing and sales for The Hinds Lofts in downtown Burlington, and the project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2006. She is also working on the Shelburne Inn Residences, which is scheduled to begin in the winter of 2006. Heidi has over 10 years of experience with international project management which includes, but is not limited to, setting creative direction, design development, production, pricing and sales. She also has experience with creating new brands and developing business strategies. |

Erik J. Hoekstra joined Redstone in 2006 as Development Manager. He has been involved in real estate since graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2000 with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking. After working for CB Richard Ellis in New York City, Erik took an assignment working for A&Co., a boutique real estate development consulting firm based in New York and Connecticut. With CB Richard Ellis and A&Co. Erik worked with clients including Miramax Films, AVAYA Communications, TJX, Charter One, Fidelity, Beacon Capital Partners, and ATCO Properties. His life in Vermont started while he was working with A&Co., a position that allowed him to work remotely while attending meetings in New York, Boston, and Connecticut on a regular basis. In late 2002 Erik started at Housing Vermont working as a developer of mixed-income rental properties using a variety of tax credit financing tools. He also has his Vermont Real Estate Salesperson's License. Civic engagement has always been an important facet of Erik’s life. He is currently a School Board Commissioner in Burlington and active in his neighborhood as part of the Crombie Street Association. Erik resides in the old north end of Burlington where he is slowly rehabilitating a duplex. |

Jessica Petraska joined Redstone in 2005, after working with the company previously in 2002. Her role in Redstone’s development division includes marketing for residential projects such as The Hinds Lofts, Marble Works Residences and Shelburne Inn Residences. She also works with buyers in the process of selecting interior finishes for their homes. Additionally, Jess assists Larry Williams with Redstone’s involvement at Bolton Valley Resort. Jess is a Vermont native and a UVM graduate. Her involvement in real estate and ski resorts began early through her family’s involvement at Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont. She enjoys spending her summer days on Lake Champlain, her winter days riding a snowboard and her evenings teaching classes at Yoga Vermont. Jess and her partner Seth reside in Burlington and own several multi-unit investment properties which they’ve rehabilitated. |

Heather Ambrose joined Redstone as Director of Marketing in June 2007. She provides extensive support to Redstone's entire brokerage team by researching and implementing proactive marketing strategies for their listings. Heather also works with each of the company's divisions to implement a brand strategy for increasing name recognition and sales. She has over 12 years of marketing, advertising and communications experience while previously working in the ski & snowboard industry, for a marketing services company and most recently with a local non-profit agency. Heather lives in North Ferrisburg with her husband Tim and spends most of her free time either racing sailboats, skiing or running. She is also an active volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Vermont and is the volunteer coordinator of a local junior sailing program. |

Lynne joined Redstone as an Administrative Assistant in June of 2007. She brings with her over twenty years of experience working in sales and marketing. Most recently Lynne has held the position of store manager at a shop on Church Street and for a time owned her own interior redesign and professional organizing business offering services in the Chittenden county area. Lynne was originally from the Boston area and now resides in Burlington where she has lived for over twenty years. When she isn’t working, Lynne spends her time creating fiber arts and making jewelry as well as enjoying her role as a pet owner.

Rae Rappold joined Redstone in October 2003 with a background in office & credit management. She has applied her diverse skills to a number of the company’s divisions and has adjusted her role to suit the changing needs of a thriving full-service real estate company. Rae is now Property Manager, working with property owners to establish goals, budgets, and capital improvement plans. She also works with tenants, providing lease administration and maintenance support. Rae is a native Vermonter, having spent much of her life in the Northeast Kingdom. She earned her degree in Design from Boston’s School of Design. |

Ronald Quilliam joined Redstone in January 2006 as part of the Property Management team. Ron started as the Maintenance Supervisor and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in July of 2007. Ron applies his skills and experience to manage projects and oversee sub-contractors involved in the maintenance and capital improvements of the commercial and residential properties we manage. Ron has 10 years of industry experience having operated his own property maintenance business as well as working for others in the field. Ron is a native Vermonter and resides in Fairfax with his wife and stepson. When Ron isn’t working, he spends his time on home projects as he also enjoys time outdoors kayaking, camping and riding his motorcycle. |

Bob McGrath has worked as a Maintenance Technician for Redstone Property Management since 2001. Bob’s duties include performing some daily routine maintenance for Redstone’s commercial properties and the properties Redstone manages for third parties. He also provides property inspection reporting to facilitate customer service on items needing attention. Bob has over 25 years of industry experience, having worked for General Dynamics for many years. Bob is a native Vermonter and resides in Burlington with his wife and daughter. When Bob isn’t working he spends time on the lake, relaxing on his boat and fishing. |

Lindsay joined Redstone as the resident intern in January 2008. She is currently a Sophmore at Champlain College pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Lindsay in involved with numerous projects at Redstone including the coordination of Redstone Customer Appreciation Day events at Bolton Valley, individual property marketing sheet and property inventory maintenance and assisting with search engine marketing. One of her goal's is gain experience in Internet based marketing. When Lindsay isn't studying or interning at Redstone, she enjoys snowboarding with friends and family. Lindsay's hometown is Danbury, CT. |
