The project consisted of a historical renovation of a 4-story, Class A, multi-tenant office and retail building in downtown Burlington. Work included new electrical and mechanical systems, new elevator control package, elevator cab renovation, fire alarm, windows, masonry repair and restoration of the skin to original elevations. This project earned several awards for historic preservation.
