2004 Business of the Year (Under 20 Employees), awarded by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce
Redstone received the 2004 Business of the Year Award (Under 20 Employees) before a sold-out crowd of more than 650 members of the business community, during the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner held November 9, 2004.

Redstone was commended for its growth and success over the last 12 years, as well as for its ability to create a supportive atmosphere for its employees. Redstone co-owners Doug Nedde and Larry Williams were recognized for their generosity of time, serving as volunteers for organizations including the Humane Society of Chittenden County, Mobius, the UVM Alumni Association and the United Way.

Additionally, Doug and Larry encourage Redstone employees to get involved in the local community (even during company time), and many are serving on Boards, organizing charity events, working as volunteer fire fighters, foster parents, and more.
