Redstone co-owners Doug Nedde and Larry Williams
formed Redstone Commercial Group in the early
1990’s. In the first five years, half
of the company’s business focused on real
estate brokerage services. As the company became
established, the principals easily differentiated
themselves from their competition by providing
a full range of real estate services including
brokerage, development, property management,
and construction. With clients, Larry and Doug
developed a reputation for being innovative,
experienced and entrepreneurial. Redstone’s
growth and success over the last 12 years can
be attributed to a partnership based on mutual
respect, uniquely different yet compatible work
styles, and a commitment to support employees
both personally and professionally. We hope
